They don't need one. It opens in the browser on any Android phone or iPhone — nothing to install — in Arabic or English, and they see only their own jobs, with no prices.
Is it worth the price?
Starter is AED 189 a month, or AED 99 for the first 10 workshops. Think about what one job that never got invoiced, or one customer who never came back, costs you.
What if something goes wrong?
WhatsApp the founders. A founder replies personally at around 1 pm, 7 pm or 10 pm UAE time, in English, Arabic, Malayalam or Hindi.
Is my data safe — and what if I want to leave?
Your workshop has its own database, your data is encrypted, and each person sees only what their role allows. Every list exports to Excel, you can download a full backup any time, and monthly plans have no annual lock-in.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Staff screens, invoices, job cards and the user guide are in Arabic and English, right to left — and so are your customers' booking, tracking and estimate pages.
Is it ready for UAE VAT and e-invoicing?
Tax invoices carry your TRN with VAT on every line, and the VAT return is laid out to FTA Form 201. On Enterprise, issued invoices export as Peppol-format (PINT-AE) XML; sending them through an accredited access point is not included yet.
