1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AutoShopStack, you agree to these terms. If you represent a business, you warrant that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The Service
AutoShopStack is a workshop management software provided as a service (SaaS). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice.
3. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed in AED in advance and are subject to 5% UAE VAT. You may cancel at any time; prepaid fees are non-refundable except where required by UAE consumer law.
4. Customer Data
Your data belongs to you. We will not access it except for technical support or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
