Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All listed prices exclude the 5% UAE VAT, which will be added to your invoice as required by the FTA.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What languages does the system support?
Smart Auto Manager is fully bilingual — English and Arabic — with full RTL support in the Arabic interface.
Does it handle insurance workshop jobs?
Yes. The Pro plan includes dedicated insurance claim workflows for both agency and non-agency jobs, with receivables aging by insurer.
Can I manage corporate fleet accounts?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include fleet accounts with drivers, LPO numbers on every job and one consolidated invoice per billing period.
What is PEPPOL and why does it matter for my workshop?
PEPPOL is the UAE's e-invoicing standard. From July 2027, VAT-registered businesses — workshops included — must issue invoices through an FTA-accredited PEPPOL access point, with penalties reaching AED 5,000/month. On the Enterprise plan, Smart Auto Manager exports a Peppol-format (PINT-AE) XML file of each issued invoice; submission through an access point is not included yet.
Can I use AutoLeap, Tekmetric, or Shopmonkey in the UAE?
They are built for the North American market, and for a UAE workshop the gaps are the same in each case: pricing in USD rather than AED, no Arabic interface, and no UAE VAT — so you would still need a second system for FTA-compliant invoicing and your Form 201 return. Smart Auto Manager is built for the UAE from the start: AED throughout, English and Arabic with full RTL, FTA-compliant invoices with TRN, and a Peppol-format (PINT-AE) XML export of issued invoices on Enterprise.
